Butter Bean Dip

Oh my! You need to try this recipe – maximum flavor, minimum effort. Serve as a side to Moroccan dishes or use as a dip with a buffet. We even put this in a sandwich with salad as a healthy filling option.

Butter beans are an excellent source of fiber and are protein rich. This recipe is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.


Simply mix all of the ingredients together!


  • 15oz can butter beans, rinsed, drained
  • 2/3 tablespoons International Collection Olive Oil or Garlic Infused Olive Oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon mild paprika
