Butter Bean Dip
Oh my! You need to try this recipe – maximum flavor, minimum effort. Serve as a side to Moroccan dishes or use as a dip with a buffet. We even put this in a sandwich with salad as a healthy filling option.
Butter beans are an excellent source of fiber and are protein rich. This recipe is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Ingredients
- 15oz can butter beans, rinsed, drained
- 2/3 tablespoons International Collection Olive Oil or Garlic Infused Olive Oil
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon mild paprika
