Method
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Cook, stirring constantly, for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.
- Add the turkey, and cook for 7–8 minutes, until browned, stirring the meat to break it apart as it cooks.
- Add the cabbage, carrots, soy sauce, and salt. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 4–5 minutes, until the vegetables soften but still have a slight crunch.
- Meanwhile, cut the wonton wrappers into triangles, and lightly coat both sides with cooking spray. Arrange them in a single layer in your air-fryer basket, sprinkling them with salt (work in batches if needed). Air-fry in a preheated air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 2–3 minutes, until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- To assemble the bowls, scoop the filling evenly into bowls. Garnish with bean sprouts, sesame seeds, and cilantro. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce.
- Serve the filling with the crispy wonton chips on the side, or use the chips to scoop up the filling.
