Korean BBQ Chicken Platter

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of International Collection™ Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 large chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp of soy sauce
  • 1 tsp of gochujang
  • ½ tsp of honey
  • ½ tsp of grated ginger
  • 1 tsp of sesame seeds
  • ½ cup or jasmine rice
  • Variety of greens (shredded cabbage, leafs)
  • Variety of vegetables (onion, asparagus, bell peppers) 
  • Cucumber salad
  • Sauces for serving

Method

  1. Cut chicken in small pieces and marinate in Toasted Sesame Oil, soy sauce, gochujang, ginger, honey and sesame seeds. Leave for 15-30 minutes. 
  2. Preheat the gas grill and cook the chicken with veggies.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the jasmine rice according to the cooking instructions. 
  4. Serve everything with greens and cucumber salad.
