Sesame Noodles

  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Salt the water and add noodles. Cook until al dente according to package directions. Drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add bell peppers and cook until nice and tender, 3 minutes. Remove onto a clean plate.
  3. Add white part of green onions and garlic onto the empty skillet and cook until nice and fragrant, 1 minute.
  4. Add soy sauce, brown sugar and sriracha, if using. Simmer until sugar is melted.
  5. Remove from heat and add drained spaghetti. Toss to combine.
  6. Stir in International Collection Sesame Oil and sprinkle sesame seeds.
Tip: add in any additional vegetable or chicken you like!
