International Collection Extra Virgin Avocado oil is smooth, rich & slightly buttery in taste. It doesn't overpower food with a strong flavor; it simply enhances the taste of a wide variety of dishes. We source our Avocado Oil primarily from New Zealand and South America (Chile), where it is cold pressed to protect the valuable nutrients. It is clean tasting with no greasy aftertaste, making it ideal for a whole host of usages!

How to enjoy
  • Use to dress grilled or barbecued prawns
  • Drizzle on salads or dip warm crusty bread
  • Use to sauté potatoes or use in creamed potatoes or simply drizzled over steamed vegetables for a taste sensation without the guilt of butter!
  • Combine with lime juice, ginger, honey, salt and pepper to create a wonderful dressing for bacon and avocado salad
