Method
- Add the chicken thighs, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white pepper, Chinese five spice and garlic to a large container with a lid. Mix all the ingredients together and allow to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
- Once marination is done, place the chicken thighs, skin side up, in an air fryer basket and then spray with International Collection Garlic Flavored Air fryer Spray Oil. Fry for 20 minutes at 380F.
- Before serving, spray additional International Collection Garlic Flavored Air fryer Spray Oil on the crispy chicken thighs. Then transfer to a cutting board and slice into strips.
- Serve on top of white rice with scallions and sesame seeds.
