Method
- Add the chicken thighs, soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white pepper, chinese five spice and garlic to a large container with a lid. Mix all the ingredients togeher and allow to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
- Once marination is done, place the chicken thighs, skin side up, in an airfryer basket and then spray with International Collections Garlic Flavored Airfryer Spray Oil. Fry for 20 minutes at 380F.
- Before serving, spray additional International Collections Garlic Flavored Airfryer Spray Oil on the cripsy chicken thighs. Then transfer to a cutting board and slice into strips.
- Serve on top of white rice with scallions and sesame seeds.
