Method
1. Dice the onion into the smallest pieces you can manage. Heat the International Collection Grapeseed Oil in a frying pan and add the onions cooking until soft to touch.2. In a bowl mix the ground beef with the cinnamon, chilli flakes, garlic powder, hot paprika, cumin, salt and pepper.
3. Add the cooked onions to the meat and spices, mix thoroughly.
4. Once the mixture is well combined it’s time to shape the kofta into finger shaped patties. This quantity of ground beef should make 8 koftas.
5. Cook the patties in a heavy skillet, until cooked through and evenly browned. Avoid turning to much as they can crumble.
6. Serve with salad and rice or in a flatbread.
