Making salmon and tuna:
  • Quarter pounder of salmon
  • Quarter pounder of tuna
  • 1 ½ tbsp of kepew mayo
  • ½-1 tbsp of sriracha

Method

  1. Cut salmon and tuna into cubes, add in the sriracha, mayo and mix. Set aside.
  2. Cook the sushi rice according to the package instructions. In a small bowl dissolve sugar in mirin and champagne vinegar, add to sushi rice.
  3. Cut all the remaining ingredients and make the poke bowls. Top with sesame oil.
