Method
- Preheat the oven to 500°F and sprinkle your pizza baking pan with cornmeal, set aside.
- Place the pizza dough on a clean and lightly floured surface. Lightly flour your fingers then flatten the dough into a disk. Next, lightly press along the edges to create the crust. Press with your fingers to flatten and lightly stretch and rotate until it is your desired shape, circle, rectangular, or heart shape. Carefully move the stretched pizza dough to the prepared pizza pan.
- Top the pizza dough with marinara sauce and a light drizzle, about 1 Tablespoons, of International Collection™ Garlic Flavored Olive Oil. Next, add the shredded mozzarella cheese and pepperoni.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Once the pizza comes out of the oven, allow to cool in the pizza pan for a couple of minutes before sliding onto a cutting board. Right before serving, drizzle the pizza with a bit more International Collection™ Garlic Flavored Olive Oil.
