Method
- Bring a medium pot of water to a full rolling boil. Place your eggs gently into the boiling water.
- Allow the eggs to cook in the boiling water for 7 minutes and 30 seconds.
- Meanwhile, fill a medium bowl with water and ice cubes.
- When your timer goes off, use a spoon to carefully remove the eggs from the water and place them directly into the ice bath to cool.
- While the eggs cool, bring 1000mL of water to boil in a medium sized pot. Once boiling, add Kokoro Care ramen noodles and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Once the noodles have softened, add the seasoning packet, stirring to dissolve fully.
- Transfer the ramen to a bowl and then add your desired toppings: mushrooms, green onions, jalapenos, seaweed seasoning and cilantro.
- Add a drizzle of International Collection Toasted Sesame Oil for added flavor.
- To complete your bowl, peel the boiled eggs and slice in hafl, placing on top for the perfect bowl of ramen.
