Raw Zucchini Salad

Ingredients

2 – 4 Zucchinis
2 teaspoons International Collection Virgin Avocado Oil
1 teaspoon Apple Cider Vinegar
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1 teaspoon ground pepper
Salt – to taste

Method

1. After you have washed the Zucchini, slice off the ends and grate into a large serving dish.

2. Add all the other ingredients and stir.

3. If you have some left over this will keep in the fridge for a couple of days.
