Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F and place a wire rack over a parchment lined baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt and black pepper. Next, toss chicken wings and drumettes in the flour mixture.
- Transfer the coated chicken to the prepared baking sheet with the wire rack and drizzle with International Collection™ Grapeseed Oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven on the middle rack to oven fry for 30 minutes, then use tongs to flip and bake for another 20-30 minutes until the chicken is crispy and golden brown.
- While the chicken is in the oven, make the sweet and spicy sauce. In a small saucepan, whisk together hot sauce, International Collection™ Garlic Flavored Olive Oil and honey. Bring to simmer and stir for 5-7 minutes.
- Transfer the oven fried chicken to a large bowl with the sweet and spicy buffalo sauce and toss to coat the chicken.
- Serve with ranch dressing, carrot and celery sticks.
