Chicken Wings

Whether you’re planning a weekend BBQ or looking for a quick dish to serve during the week, this recipe for tasty chicken wings is a clear winner! Serve with a crisp salad or potatoes for the perfect summer feast.


Cut the chicken wings into 3 separate portions.

In a large skillet, combine the chicken, water, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, garlic and green onion.

Stir together and cook for 15 minutes over a medium heat.

Add the ¼ cup International Collection Toasted Sesame oil and simmer for another 15 minutes over a low heat.

Bring mixture to the boil and add a dash of International Collection Toasted Sesame oil. Remove from heat, let cool and serve.


2 pounds Chicken Wings
1 ¼ cups Water
10 tablespoons Dark Soy Sauce
5 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
1 Green Onion, chopped
¼ cup International Collection Toasted Sesame oil
1 dash International Collection Toasted Sesame oil
