Air Fryer Irish Style Nachos

Ingredients

  • International Collection™ Garlic Flavored High Oleic Sunflower Air Fryer Spray Oil
  • 3 large Russet Potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 cup Irish Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Toppings

  • 1/3 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/3 cup Tomatoes, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Chives, sliced
  • 1 Jalapeño, thinly sliced

Method

  • Add thinly sliced potatoes to a large mixing bowl and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Gently mix to combine. 
  • Next, spray the seasoned potatoes with International Collection™ Garlic Flavored High Oleic Sunflower Air Fryer Spray Oil.
  • Layer the potatoes into air fryer basket and set the air fryer to 400°F for about 15-20 minutes. 
  • Next, top the cooked potatoes with shredded Irish cheddar cheese. Air fry at 400°F for about 2-3 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  • Transfer the cheesy potatoes to a serving platter and top with sour cream, finely diced tomatoes, chives, and thinly sliced jalapeño.
