Method
- Preheat the oven to 425° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl, add the cubed halloumi and toss to coat. In a separate bowl, combine the panko, parmesan, paprika, and a black pepper.
- Remove each piece of halloumi from the eggs, and dredge through the panko bread crumb mixture, tossing to coat. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat until all the halloumi has been used. Make sure to leave space in between each coated halloumi cheese cube.
- Lightly drizzle the halloumi with International Collection™ Garlic Flavored Olive Oil then bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, heat the honey, salt, crushed red pepper flakes, sesame seeds, and International Collection™ Toasted Sesame Oil on low heat while whisking for 3-4 minutes.
- Serve the crispy halloumi cheese bites warm alongside the hot honey sesame dip.
