Method
- Take 1 cup of International Collection Virgin Pumpkin Seed Oil and mix with 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Add ½ a teaspoon of maple syrup and 2 teaspoons of Dijon Mustard and add garlic and other herbs. Mix well either by shaking in a well-sealed container or by whisking with a fork.
- Add to any salad that you are making and have fun added more unusual ingredients like watermelon, mint and feta.
- This dressing will keep for a couple of days in the fridge but will need remixing.
