        Method

        1. Choose Your Board & Theme. Start with a wooden board, marble slab, or even a heart-shaped tray like I’ve used  to match the theme.
        2. Prepare Your Cheeses & Meats. To create these beautiful Bologna roses, simply slice 4-5 slices of each of the Seltzers Traditional Lebanon Bologna and Sweet Lebanon Bologna in half and layer 8 to 10 of those halves over each other in a straight line. Then simply roll from one into the other, creating a beautiful spiral shape. Then fan out the edges to mimic petals and then to keep the rose together, use a decorative appetizer skewer, and set aside, ready to add to the board.
        3. Slice each of the Royal Hollandia cheeses into fun little shapes and sizes.
        4. Pour each of the International Collection oils into ramekins.
        5. Arrange with Love: Simply add each of our prepared charcuterie ingredients onto your board, starting with the larger items like the crackers and the cheese, followed by the  meats and oils.
        6. Finally, add fruits and nuts of choice (I used strawberries and almonds) and  fresh herbs like rosemary for a polished look.
        7. Serve and Enjoy! Pair your board with a glass of rosé, champagne, or a cozy mug of hot cocoa for the ultimate Valentine’s treat.
